Hi! I'm Bruno, a developer and QA Automation Engineer based in Panama.
My journey in technology began with cybersecurity: studying it gave me
a much deeper awareness of its importance, and I started applying those
principles in my daily life. Later, in my first job as a QA Engineer,
I had my first real exposure to programming, and I haven't stopped since.
I move between full-stack development and test automation, and I feel a
true passion for cybersecurity. I like building things, but also breaking
them to understand how to make them more secure and robust.
Outside of code, I love outdoor walks, learning languages, and diving into
geography, cultures, and history. I'm fascinated by aviation and the idea of
traveling the world: connecting with people from other countries and visiting
in person the places where the events that shaped the course of nations took
place. I consider myself very open and willing to give my all, always looking
to grow in a team where I can add value and keep learning. I'm super friendly
and easygoing. I always seek to build bridges with the people around me and
treat everyone with respect and dignity.

service changes through real-time data and systems auditing. De-escalated
high-pressure critical situations, and identified and reported suspicious
activity and fraud under strict corporate security protocols. Onboarded key
users and triaged high-complexity incidents for accurate escalation to
engineering, exceeding KPIs and SLAs with enterprise ticketing and monitoring tools.

Designed and maintained E2E automated test suites with Selenium WebDriver (Java)
under the Page Object Model, cutting regression time by 40%. Validated REST
integrations with Postman and REST Assured, applied BDD with Cucumber, and
integrated functional and security testing (SAST with SonarQube) into CI/CD
pipelines (Jenkins, Travis CI). Ran the test infrastructure on AWS (EC2-based
Selenium Grid for parallel execution, S3 for artifacts) and managed the defect
lifecycle in Jira under Agile/Scrum with GitHub/Bitbucket.
